What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange.

How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

🔧 Installation

Is the solar security light easy to install?
Yes! No wiring is required. Simply mount the light using the included screws and bracket, position the solar panel towards direct sunlight, and it's ready to use.

Where should I position the light?
For best performance, mount the light 2–3 metres high on a wall or fence, facing the area you want to illuminate. Ensure the solar panel receives at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily.

Does it work in winter or cloudy weather?
Yes, the built-in battery stores enough charge to operate through overcast days. Performance may be reduced during extended periods of low sunlight.

Is the light waterproof?
Yes, our solar security lights are IP65 rated, meaning they are fully weatherproof and suitable for all UK weather conditions.

How does the motion sensor work?
The PIR (Passive Infrared) motion sensor detects movement within its range and automatically activates the light. The sensor range is approximately 3–8 metres depending on the mode selected.

What are the 3 lighting modes?

  • Mode 1: Dim light always on, brightens when motion is detected
  • Mode 2: Light only activates when motion is detected
  • Mode 3: Constant bright light (manual on)

How long does the battery last?
With a full charge, the battery can power the light for 8–12 hours depending on usage and mode selected.
